- www.ServiceOutfitters.com- This site is owned by a "Service Connected Disabled Veteran". This is a new site and just getting started so their selection is limited at the present time. They offer all the basic BDU uniform items (except the insignia) and other gear that CAP members might want, including SAR and Field Gear. Some of their BDUs meets military specs. They also offer a selection of items that can be used on an incident.
